Who We Are...
Our HBR of CNY Members are also members of this wonderful community that we call home. They are your neighbors; they maintain successful companies that employ local talent, they volunteer their time, energies and talents to local boards, civic organizations, and community groups. They know that Central New York is a great place to live, work, play and raise a family and they are proud to help build, remodel and maintain the housing stock in our region.
The HBR of CNY is an association of businesses engaged in the residential construction industry. Our members businesses' employ more than 26,000 Central New Yorkers The dues our members invest in our local chapter also makes them a member of the New York State Builders Association and The National Association of Home Builders. These other two organizations are a tremendous resource to our local association and to each of our members.

The HBR of CNY's objective is to bring together the best and most reliable industry associated businesses, for the purpose of raising the bar of professionalism and customer service, and moving toward the goal of affordable housing for everyone in Central New York.

WE PRODUCE THE PARADE OF HOMES. THIS SINGLE SITE EVENT ALLOWS PATRONS TO WALK THROUGH FULLY DECORATED LANDSCAPED HOUSES, ALLOWING THEM TO GATHER INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS FOR THEIR EXISTING HOMES, OR SHOWING THEM THE NEWEST FLOOR PLANS, DESIGNS AND PRODUCTS IN NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION.

WE PRODUCE A WEEKLY RADIO SHOW - THE HOME REPAIR WORKSHOP RADIO SHOW - WHICH OFFERS EXPERT ADVICE TO CONSUMERS WHO CALL IN ON MATTERS RELATING TO THEIR OWN HOME REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS.
