Builder ~ Remodeler ~ Developer Member
Builder member ~ shall be open to any person, representing any firm or corporation, whose principal business is, in normal times, the building of homes or apartments, commercial/industrial structures within the territorial jurisdiction of the Association, who shall agree to abide by the provisions of the HBR Constitution and By Laws (and any amendment thereto), shall subscribe to the foregoing Code of Ethics, and who shall meet the approval of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors by a two-thirds vote. The builder applicant must have been active in the building industry as a builder, under the same business name and principal owner, for a minimum of (2) two years, and must also fulfill the requirements of the existing application.

Land Developer Member ~ shall be open to any person, representing any firm or corporation, whose principle business is, in normal times, is the development of real property for their own account or for the sale to others, within the territorial jurisdiction of the Association, who shall agree to abide by the provisions of the HBR Constitution and By Laws (and any amendment thereto), shall subscribe to the foregoing Code of Ethics, and who shall meet the approval of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors by a two-thirds vote, and must also fulfill the requirements of the existing application

Associate Member
Associate member shall be open to any firm or corporation, engaged in any allied trade, industry or profession within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association who shall meet the approval of the Membership committee and the Board of Directors, said corporation shall appoint one employed designee to represent the company. Applicant must have been associated with the homebuilding industry for at least one (1) year, and must also fulfill the requirements of the existing application.
