Staging your home for a quick sale - Every home seller is looking for two things: a quick sale and a good price. That's a given. However, there are ways to help insure that you'll meet both of those goals which involve staging your home before you put it on the market.  Learn more about this topic from Don Radke, Broker/Owner of FM Realty Group and President of CNYIS (MLS).

How to Finance Your Remodeling Project - One of the most important considerations for your home improvement project is financing. After all, the project will go nowhere if you can't pay for it. Fortunately, there are several options that can provide the dollars you need. The most common include the home improvement loan, a home equity line of credit, a home equity loan and a cash-out refinancing of your current mortgage. Learn more about these options from Wells Fargo representative, Bo DeRosa, Home Mortgage Consultant.

3pm
Indoor Air Quality, Building Performance & Green Construction - Homebuyers today are increasingly concerned about the indoor air quality (IAQ) of their homes. Issues like mold, radon, carbon monoxide, and toxic chemicals have received greater attention than ever as poor indoor air quality has been linked to a host of health problems. Bob Krell, President of IAQ Technologies has over 27 years experience in the contracting services industry and 20 years in the Indoor Air Quality Service industry.

  • You could win a $500 gift certificate towards any vendor in the show

After you’ve toured the show, let us know what you think by taking a short computerized touch-screen survey at the Home Builders & Remodelers booth.  Every person that takes the survey is registered to win one of three $500 gift certificates redeemable towards any product or service sold by the companies exhibiting in the show.

  • Kids dress up in their Halloween costume and win!

Kids are just itching to dress up in their Halloween costume and every kid that does between 1pm – 3pm on Saturday can visit the Sunny 102 booth and can “trick or treat” for great prizes such as a ticket to the Ringling Bros. Circus.  Meet Mr. Sun and win!
